Will be responsible for on-going management of the company. Additional contracted personnel may be
necessary depending on the complexity of the job request. Additional personnel will be selected for
the specialty expertise and competence they possess; for example, an individual
specializing in central sterile and materials management operations or an
individual specializing in purchasing for specialty eye service. These additional personnel will be selected
for a job specific task and will be secured by contractual arrangement prepared
and administered by Rhodes Healthcare Consulting, Inc. legal counsel. Over the past seven
years Rhodes performed in an administrative role: overseeing the operational
business of the Facility; associated financial responsibilities; and
implementation of clinical standards of patient care. Rhodes has successfully
worked with local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies in addition to Joint
Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
Biographical Information
Sally Rhodes, RN, BSN, MSN, CNOR
Rhodes has practiced perioperative surgical nursing for over
thirty-five years. Rhodes began nursing
practice in the operating room, performing surgical scrubbing and circulating
tasks. Rhodes then advanced to a
position of education and training for the surgical staff. For over seventeen
years Rhodes has performed Administrative Duties for departments of surgical
services and associated perioperative healthcare areas. In 1997, Rhodes was
hired by a group of orthopaedic surgeons to participate in building and opening
a free-standing, orthopaedic surgery center (ASC). The center opened early in 1998 and enjoyed a successful business
venture. The next expected step in orthopaedic surgical care is extended recovery
for many procedures. In 2002, the status of the ASC was changed to become the
Institute for Orthopaedic Surgery, an orthopaedic surgical hospital, which
continues to be a successful business venture.
Over the past seven years Rhodes performed in an administrative role:

to assure company viability; performing associated financial responsibilities;
and implementation of clinical standards of patient care. Rhodes has
