RHC PRIVACY STATEMENT
Rhodes Healthcare Consulting, Inc. (RHC) provides this notice to let you know the current privacy practices of our company. This notice is to merely inform you about how we safeguard your information. At RHC we believe that protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your protected information is very paramount to our business. Accordingly, we strive to comply with the following company practices.
1. Participant’s full legal name
2. Participant’s full address, city, state, and zip code
3. Participant’s professional license information
The attendance of all educational offerings will be maintained at RHC on computer files for a period of not less than ten (10) years. Only RHC employees with security clearance will have access to educational files and associated information. Participant’s who need to verify continuing education requirements will have to submit a request in writing for specific verification. Request must list the offering title, date of offering, and city and state of offering. Requests will be responded to with ten (10) working days.
RHC will secure and maintain mailing lists for educational
seminar advertising. These mailing lists will not be provided to any other
third parties.
